We also utilize a software for reporting, Homewatch IT. The report will be sent via email after every visit with detailed items and pictures. The software will be tailored to your home as no home is the same.

Including dry runs before hurricane season starts, Storm preparations and post-storm damage reporting. Living here for almost 20 years, l have reliable and trusted Subcontractors to refer and can reduce any potential damage before it gets worse.

Henrik Lagergren is originally from Stockholm, Sweden where he grew up for the first half of his life. A huge hockey enthusiast, Car & Boat Mechanic, as well as Private Jet Pilot.

Traveling around the world and flying the most elite Gulfstream Jets for the 1%’ers is what my life has consisted of for the last 25 years. No matter where I traveled to though, Naples has always been Home and where I knew I wanted to be with my wife & raising our son. Having my wife as a Luxury Realtor in Naples, she is always reporting back to me that her clients are in need of someone Reliable & Knowledgeable enough to watch over their 2nd home in Naples while they are out of town. We both knew that I was perfect for this job & to start my own company.
